We are looking for people who want to use their skills to have an outsized impact, by building tools to accelerate the drug discovery process not just for one company but for many companies at once. We have a number of projects looking for someone to lead the AI project development, including ML-reinforcement learning with large continuous datasets, developing NLP tools to ingest and contextualize documents/reports, and projects involving protein design/optimization and diffusion models. While the team actively learns from each other and shares knowledge and best practices, it is expected that someone in this role is capable of working independently as needed and has the required skills to develop the AI/ML applications in at least one of these areas. 

Requirements

  • You will be a critical team member in a unique partnership to industrialize Scientific AI. As such, you will engage directly with customers onsite up to 4-5 days per week in the Boston region.
  • Advanced degree in Biological, Data, or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of AI/ML development experience, or 5+ years developing AI/ML tools for commercial life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of AI/ML products
  • Proven track record of deploying AI models addressing real world problems
  • Superior talent developing at least one of: ML-Reinforcement Learning, LLM/NLP, or Protein Design/Diffusion Models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in AI or ML
  • Deep understanding of hurdles facing pharmaceutical drug development
  • Demonstrated ability to make productized applications (for use by more than one group)
  • Excellent communication skills

Data Center Technician IV Role:

The Data Center Technician IV must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure. 

We are currently hiring for the Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Sunday - Thursday.

Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.

Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.

Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.

Communications Infrastructure responsibilities will include IFD / MDF / MMR management, structured cabling and supporting infrastructure ownership, and customer space management.

This position will also be directly responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way by working very closely with the Data Center Manager.  Technicians must ensure that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, contractors deliver quality services, and internal customer demands are met.  A Tier IV technician develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies.       

Duties:

  • Data center subject matter expert for electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety systems.
  • Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Building Monitoring and Control.
  • Tracking and trending operational characteristics.
  • Mentoring of junior staff.
  • Work with the site Data Center Manager to track and complete an aggressive preventive and predicative maintenance schedule
  • Work with and provides guidance, to the site Data Center Manager to determine maintenance requirements for mechanical and electrical systems

Skills:

Data Center Technician IV Role:

The Data Center Technician IV must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure. 

We are currently hiring for the Swing Shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Wednesday - Saturday.

Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.

Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.

Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.

Communications Infrastructure responsibilities will include IFD / MDF / MMR management, structured cabling and supporting infrastructure ownership, and customer space management.

This position will also be directly responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way by working very closely with the Data Center Manager.  Technicians must ensure that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, contractors deliver quality services, and internal customer demands are met.  A Tier IV technician develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies.       

Duties:

  • Data center subject matter expert for electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety systems.
  • Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Building Monitoring and Control.

Data Center Technician IV Role:

The Data Center Technician IV must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure. 

We are currently hiring for the Night Shift: 10:00pm - 8:00am, Sunday - Wednesday.

Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.

Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.

Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.

Communications Infrastructure responsibilities will include IFD / MDF / MMR management, structured cabling and supporting infrastructure ownership, and customer space management.

This position will also be directly responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way by working very closely with the Data Center Manager.  Technicians must ensure that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, contractors deliver quality services, and internal customer demands are met.  A Tier IV technician develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies.       

Duties:

  • Data center subject matter expert for electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety systems.
  • Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Building Monitoring and Control.
  • Tracking and trending operational characteristics.
  • Mentoring of junior staff.
  • Work with the site Data Center Manager to track and complete an aggressive preventive and predicative maintenance schedule
  • Work with and provides guidance, to the site Data Center Manager to determine maintenance requirements for mechanical and electrical systems

  • Expert knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and compliance issues as well as building codes in regard to fire life safety
  • Expert knowledge of fiber optics / cabling infrastructure and industry best practices.
  • Expert knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e. lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA and state regulations)
  • Expert knowledge and experienced with data trending / tracking and analysis and ability to rapidly learn and use PC based, integrated critical monitoring systems

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting large commercial and industrial systems including: Chilled Water Systems, Large Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Water Treatment Systems, VFD’s and Pumps, HVAC equipment, CRAC/CRAH’s, Humidification Systems, BMS and PLC Controls, Emergency Standby Diesel Generator Systems, Fuel/Oil systems, 480/277 and 208/120 electrical generation and distribution, Static UPS Systems, and Double Interlock Pre-Action Systems

Senior Project Manager of Construction’s Role

As a member of the company’s Construction team, the Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned capital construction projects. This includes permitting, vendor procurement, contracting, and construction management, as well as managing document control, invoice processing, change management, commissioning, and project closeout. Data Center Technician III Role

The Data Center Technician III assists in the operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of the data center. The technician is to have a strong knowledge of telecommunications, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems as well as data center operating procedures.

We are currently hiring for the Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

A Tier III technician will be responsible for day to day operations of the data center including facilities and telecommunication infrastructure. The responsibilities are wide ranging and multi-disciplinary.

Mechanical responsibilities will include working on chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, humidification systems, and central plant operations.

Electrical responsibilities will include working on electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load including power circuit installations.

Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include monitoring wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.

Telecommunications responsibilities will include cross connect installations, cabling infrastructure management, advanced remote hands support, and customer cage and cabinet build outs.

Responsibilities will include customer infrastructure build-outs (cage builds, overhead installations, rack and stack), cable termination and testing, maintenance work, monitoring and responding to mechanical, electrical, fire protection, telecom, and security systems. These systems include, transformers, PLC’s, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, STS’, ATS’ PDU’s, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH, wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler, network equipment, transmission media, cabling infrastructure, security hardware, and CCTV.

Duties:

  • Completion of CoreSite’s Data Center Operations Qualification Program to the tier level at which you are hired within the first nine (9) months of employment.
  • Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Building Monitoring and Control.

Qualifications

Required

  •  5+ years of experience in a leadership role with relevant quality inspections.
  • Current or previous certifications as a CWI or ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II or III in the RT, UT, MT, PT, or VT method with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in a construction-related industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities – Must have the ability to effectively manage a group individuals working towards a common goal. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as design drawings, specifications, building and welding codes, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to identify specification deficiencies and advise on RFIs.
  • Familiar with piping and component material standards including certification documentation in high purity piping systems.
  • Proficient in MS office and other company computer programs: Word, Excel, Bluebeam, ACC Build, Navisworks.

 Preferred

  • ASME B31, BPVC Section IX, BPE, and AWS D1.1, D9.1 with some knowledge of tanks and pressure vessels.

Compensation

$170,000.00 - $180,000.000 per year
