Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined reliability practices and policies.
• Research, evaluate, design, test, recommend or plan the implementation of new or updated reliability hardware or software, and analyze its impact on the existing environment; provide technical and managerial expertise for the administration of reliability tools. Work with the enterprise architecture team to ensure that there is a convergence of business, technical and reliability requirements; liaise with IT management to align existing technical installed base and skills with future architectural requirements.
• Develop a strong working relationship with the reliability engineering team reporting to this position to develop and implement controls and configurations aligned with reliability policies and legal, regulatory and audit requirements.

Operational Support

• Coordinate, measure and report on the technical aspects of reliability engineering management. Manage outsourced vendors that provide reliability functions for compliance with contracted service-level agreements. Manage and coordinate operational components of incident management, including detection, response and reporting. Maintain a knowledgebase comprising a technical reference library, reliability trends and practices, and laws and regulations.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of reliability management, identify risk tolerances, recommend treatment plans and communicate information about residual risk. Manage reliability projects and provide expert guidance on reliability matters for other IT projects. Ensure audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources are reviewed periodically and are in compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Design, coordinate and oversee reliability testing procedures to verify the reliability of systems, networks and applications, and manage the remediation of identified risks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Title: Sr. Data Analytics (Website Analytics)

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: El Segundo, CA

Must Have: experience with campaign targeting, segmentation, test design/learning plans, reporting and optimization of:

• Website/mobile (Adobe/Google Analytics)
• DMP/Digital media (nice to have)
• Account data (first and 3rd party), including demographics
• Transactional data (product registrations, eComm, offer redemption)
• Engagement data (email opens/clicks, push notifications taps, web visits and clickstream)
• Data science language skills (Retention/Data Lead only)
• Python
• Modelling/ML
• Other packages / platforms / skills
• Data mining/profiling
• Data visualization: advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI

Responsibilities:

•Deliver Data-driven, actionable insights

•Analyze on-site customer journeys under an optimization-focused lens

•Present insights to clients and account teams in a compelling and relevant story with recommendations backed by robust analysis

•Provide strategic guidance on analytics and measurement strategies, while leading by example with an active delivery role

•Develop an intimate understanding of our client’s business and their customers, and pro-actively identify ways to help our clients achieve their goals

•Work closely with account teams to identify opportunities, participate in sales pitches and strengthen SapientRazorfish’s leadership position in digital transformation

•Collaborate with cross functional teams, including creative, design and technology to shape meaningful customer journeys and customer centric thinking

Experience Guidelines:

•3-6 years of experience with a focus in Site Analytics and Optimization or related fields.

•Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.

•Passion for digital analytics, working with data and deriving insights to answer client business questions

•Experience leading and delivering analytics engagements

•Strong knowledge of the digital space and digital analytics

•Strong communication and client service skills

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Strong consultative skills and the ability to challenge status quo and gain adoption

•Comfort with working in and contributing to a fast-paced, team based environment

•Management or mentorship experience - providing training, project support, career advice and delegated responsibilities

•Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, specifically Test and Target

•Proven ability to influence stakeholder and senior leaders, and manage organizational change

•Recruit and Manage team of ‘rock-star’ analysts

Required Skills:

• Designing and suggesting innovative modifications in application systems.
• Developing efficiency in the creation and maintenance of various data base resources as well as managing various activities associated with data base management.
• Managing your own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive development deadlines,best practices and a quality/delivery methodology, such as Agile Development, that includes development standards.
• Performing wide range of activities associated with application analysis, programming and design functions.
• Developing or acquiring test data, testing and debugging to produce required results and revising the programs.
• Experience in .Net programming including but not limited to, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, T-SQL and soon.

Job Description:

• Responsible for machine operation.
  • Handle and trim plastic parts.
  • Package, label, and move product per procedures.
• Inspect parts and record results per procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work place.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Taking parts of the machines and placing the parts in boxes

Requirements

Must be able to lift 10lbs and stand up for 8 hours a day

Must be 18 years old

Preferred experience in plastics

Preferred Machine Operator experience
