Responsibilities:

•Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of ad serving platforms, individual media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and customer level data.

•Work with complex data structures; manipulate and cleanse data and perform statistical analysis

•Interpret data and analyze results to generate insights and formulate the strategic implications to clients

•Deliver analyses such as: advertising performance analysis, website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, ROI modeling, lifetime value analysis, cross channel analysis, media mix analysis and brand research

•Produce easy-to-understand, error-free, and timely deliverables that analyze user behavior and motivations online to provide actionable insights that address client business objectives

•Independently deliver results and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients

•Contribute to the success of other team members (West and nationally) by providing training, knowledge sharing and best practices

•Effectively manage projects with support from senior team members

•Mentor and educate junior team members on job-relevant skills (Tableau, SQL, SAS, web analytics, survey design, etc.)

Soft Skills

•SQL, SAS (or Stata), Tableau, Microsoft Office products


Experience Guidelines:

•4 – 7 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment

•Has shown an intellectual curiosity and a passion for digital analytics

•Has questioned the norms and elevated the value or process behind their work

•Has experience performing analyses on large data sets, interpreting data and generating insights

•Has executed projects with strong output and little oversight

Job Overview & Responsibilities:-

The candidate will provide technical consulting/advisory, implementation, as well as general maintenance and operational support services to our clients in the following areas:


• Experience with Oracle IDM (Oracle Identity Management) OR Oracle ADF.
• Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ, including design, development and implementation skills.
• Experience in implementation of enterprise-level, and distributed server-side applications Integration experience with database server technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc.
• Integration experience with web server technologies such as Apache, IIS, etc.
• Integration experience with directory server technologies such as Active Directory, openLdap, etc.
• Ability to meet project schedule deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to write documentation deliverables including recommendations, assessments, root cause analyses, project roadmaps, and other reports

Summary

Candidates with deep experience in managing Infrastructure projects. Router/switch/datacenter upgrades, network projects, VDI, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, etc. The ideal candidate would have both the IT infrastructure experience, as well as experience with facilities renovations. If the candidate has DR experience as well, that would obviously be great too.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Manager has primary responsibility for managing the Planning and Execution efforts for a set of assigned projects.

  • Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex internal projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time and budget
  • Develop comprehensive schedule and drives progress to plan, proactively managing changes
  • Work with vendors and team to establish and achieve project goals
  • Ensure that requirements are properly articulated, prioritized and detailed on roadmaps and backlogs
  • Identify projects issues, gaps, conflicts, and propose solutions

Responsibilities

Onboarding Activities

  • Execute offer process, employee onboarding, and new employee training programs.
  • Creating and revising job descriptions and posting.
  • Ensure the company has adopted best practices in hiring and employment matters, both to meet all regulatory and compliance standards and to create a great place to work.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Support management by providing advice and counsel on human resources issues. Build relationships with employees to proactively enhance performance.

  • Participate in administrative and relevant staff meetings when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years operations or HR leadership experience inclusive of onboarding, employee relations and team building;
  • Experience in onboarding and security paperwork for Federal contracts
  • Advanced knowledge of current human resources principles, practices, and processes;
  • Working knowledge of Virginia and federal labor regulations;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel as well as office365.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and instilling credibility;
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team with the ability to build consensus and exercise good judgment;

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Works in a normal office environment, extended periods of sitting and screen use. Frequent verbal communication in person, via phone, email and extensive interpersonal interactions. Ability to work onsite and the ability to be flexible with occasionally travel between sites.
