As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following :
• Building and maintaining a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Proactively targeting, pursuing, meeting and qualifying high-quality candidates, both locally as well as in other target national markets.
• Interviewing, checking references, facilitating organizational decisions, and negotiating offers.
• Understanding and selling the Daugherty profile, our business model and our offerings through a quality experience for our candidates.
• Developing and implementing approaches for achieving organizational diversity goals and objectives.
• Providing timely updates and feedback on candidates to hiring managers and/or directly to candidates.
• Ensuring the recruitment process is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times.

• Capturing and reporting on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Appropriately aligned college degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of technology recruiting experience, with a strong preference for a background in technology and/or professional services.
• Conversant in technology terminology such as software engineering languages and methodologies, data and analytics solutions, project leadership skills and methods, and business analysis roles and responsibilities.
• High energy and passion for recruiting.

Job description

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Oracle database administration experience (including hands-on experience on Oracle database upgrades, and database patching)

• 2+ years of Hands-on experience with ORACLE (12c) database administration.

• 3+ years of Hands-on experience in identifying poor performing SQL queries and performance tuning queries.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with scripting bash, python,

• Hands-on experience on RMAN backup and restore. Copy/clone/refresh databases to other environments

• Hands-on Experience with tools like ERWIN, TOAD, SQL Developer & OEM.

• Effective communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Awareness on Chef and Jenkins

Responsibilities:

• Regular database maintenance activities

• Troubleshooting production and non-production database issues and working with AWS or Oracle to create and resolve trouble tickets.

• Having played a Production support role will be an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience on Fine Grained Audit and Flashback Archive (Total Recall)

• Responsible for data security including implementation of TDE, data encryption at rest and in transit, and database hardening

• Responsible for data management (security and audit)

• Taking lead on calls with clients, vendors etc.

• Taking lead on critical activities like DR

• Doing code reviews of PL/SQL and complex queries created by the dev team and providing sign offs.

We are looking for a System Administrator - Linux with a focus on: -

  • Administration and troubleshooting of a private cloud environment based on Ovirt with over 200 live VMs with Linux Oss.
  • Development of all server-side scripting, and ensuring high performance of servers. Therefore, a thorough understanding of linux and other open source technologies is necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and Configure Linux/Windows Systems.
  • Monitor server health and perform proactive maintenance to ensure continued uptime and performance for all infrastructure components.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating systems, servers, hardware, applications, and software.
