One of our companies is currently looking for a Technical Program Manager - Platform Management in the United States.
We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Technical Program Manager to join a fast-paced engineering team focused on Platform Management. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of complex technical initiatives that support internal tools and campaign operations. You'll serve as a key liaison across engineering, product, UX, and leadership teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery. This position calls for a strong blend of strategic thinking, agile execution, and technical fluency to drive progress and keep cross-functional teams on track.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define roadmaps, scope initiatives, and guide projects through key milestones
- Lead end-to-end program execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular agile ceremonies
- Coordinate dependencies, manage risk, and resolve issues across multiple product lines and cross-functional teams
- Track project health and metrics, generating insights for continuous improvement and long-term planning
- Drive system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions aligned with product goals
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across stakeholders, keeping all parties informed with regular status reports
- Document and maintain knowledge resources to support ongoing team efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management, ideally in SaaS, ad-tech, or mar-tech environments
- Proven ability to lead complex programs across engineering, product, and business teams
- Familiarity with platform infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, ETL, BI tools)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating agile team ceremonies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk)
- Experience working with AI-driven solutions or integrating AI into product workflows is a plus
- Technical background or knowledge of programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a bonus
