One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (User Growth) in the United States.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to Product and Marketing teams, driving collaboration and insights across user retention and acquisition strategies for over 12 million monthly active users. You will lead the development of user segmentation reporting, analyze key business metrics such as LTV/CAC, ARPU, and churn, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Additionally, you will own the reporting on user health metrics, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI, and communicate progress to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product and Marketing teams to create and iterate on cohesive user growth strategies encompassing both acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain user segmentation reporting, analyzing key business metrics to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Own the reporting on user health metrics, including churn, retention, segmentation, and monetization, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
  • Lead monthly and weekly business reviews to assess business performance against budget.
  • Communicate progress on user metrics to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in strategic finance, business operations, strategy, investment banking, program management, or related roles.
  • In-house tech experience, including business partnering experience in B2C business models supporting user growth and retention initiatives.
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • SQL and BI experience preferred.
