Comprehensive Mobile Care is excited to invite applications for the position of Podiatrist in San Diego, CA. As a vital member of our dynamic mobile healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional podiatric services directly to patients in their homes and community settings. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing foot and ankle ailments, providing your clinical expertise in a convenient and accessible manner. You will assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and educate patients on foot health, enhancing their quality of life through effective care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' foot and ankle conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat various podiatric issues, including injuries and chronic conditions.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including orthotics and other foot care treatments.
  • Educate patients and families on foot care practices and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
  • Conduct follow-ups to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited institution.
  • Current active state licensure to practice podiatry in California.
  • Experience in podiatric medicine, preferably with a focus on mobile care.
  • Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient-centered focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile care environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to all patients.
