Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Join Our Compassionate, Collaborative Medical Team in California!

Location: Fullerton, California 

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help us continue delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient histories
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness strategies
  • Participate in case reviews, quality improvement, and staff development
  • Advocate for patients within the healthcare system and community resources

Requirements

  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of California
  • Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant NP track)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical NP experience (new grads with relevant clinical rotations considered)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, integrated care setting
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog)
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and health equity
