One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager in the United States.
This role is a unique opportunity for a data-driven strategist to partner closely with Marketing and GTM leadership to shape the future of pipeline generation and growth. As the Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, you'll lead planning cycles, analyze performance across the funnel, and deliver insights that drive strategic investment decisions. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data teams to develop models, dashboards, and business cases that fuel decision-making and align resources to company goals. This is a high-impact role where analytical precision meets strategic influence.
Accountabilities:
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, setting pipeline targets and forecasting performance across growth channels.
- Deliver actionable insights by analyzing campaign ROI, funnel efficiency, and customer journey data to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key marketing metrics and enable real-time tracking of business goals.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on budgeting, headcount planning, and investment prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on GTM initiatives including product-led growth, account-based marketing, and self-serve strategy.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to leadership through executive-level presentations.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing strategy, or business planning.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and Google Sheets; excellent data storytelling and visualization skills.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed insights and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing tech tools such as Marketo and Segment.
- Bonus: Experience with LTV modeling, PLG metrics, or advanced analytics using Python, R, or SAS.
