One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Manager III in United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to identify key target segments and design tailored lifecycle marketing strategies. Whether executing events, webinars, email campaigns, or other initiatives, your goal is to generate demand, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns targeting both net new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using product usage data, customer lifecycle insights, and purchase history.
  • Manage and execute a variety of multi-channel campaigns, including emails, webinars, virtual events, and local initiatives.
  • Work closely with product marketing teams to incorporate key product features and customer pain points into campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, define KPIs, and optimize strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI across channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that all marketing assets align with the company’s brand and message.
  • Engage with sales and customer teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and to refine approaches based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or similar environments.
  • Proven track record in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
  • Strong data-driven approach to analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results for better ROI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting to ensure campaigns meet their objectives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
