Location: Tarrant County, TX
Employment Type: Service-based (hourly rate based on referrals and caseload)
Hourly Rate: $62

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide trauma-informed, culturally competent mental health services to youth and families referred by Tarrant County Juvenile Services. This position offers the chance to support families in crisis and play a pivotal role in building stability and resilience within the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct clinical assessments for youth and families, providing services in Spanish
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Provide home-based therapy (individual, family, and group)
  • Crisis intervention and 24/7 availability for emergencies
  • Collaborate with probation officers and service providers for case management
  • Link families to community resources and aftercare services
  • Maintain timely documentation and submit reports as required
  • Participate in meetings with Tarrant County Juvenile Services and families
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with professional standards

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensure:
    • Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing
  • Experience:
    • Expertise in trauma-informed therapy for youth and families
    • Experience working with juvenile justice populations
  • Skills:
    • Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
    • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, trauma-focused therapy)
    • Strong cultural competency, empathy, and crisis management skills
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Clear criminal background and child abuse registry checks
