One of our companies is currently looking for a Clinical Operations Analyst in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on transforming access to mental and physical healthcare for students. As a Clinical Operations Analyst, you will support the continuous improvement of telehealth service delivery by analyzing key performance metrics, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across analytics, operations, and clinical services, providing valuable insights to drive data-informed decision-making. This is a highly impactful role for someone passionate about health equity and operational excellence in a fast-growing virtual care environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze and monitor trends across clinical performance metrics at various levels (therapist, supervisor, and regional).
  • Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and operational health.
  • Identify inefficiencies in service delivery and lead initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast service needs and support resource planning.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices for therapist performance evaluation and supervision workflows.
  • Support the roll-out and quality assurance of new processes and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, or operational modeling, ideally within healthcare or telehealth.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Skilled in using BI platforms and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to diagnose trends and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience developing system reports, queries, and predictive models.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, including with senior leadership.
