About this role:
Fuse is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Quality Engineering Technician to join our energetic and growing team! This is an opportunity to work closely with Quality Management providing reliable reports and process improvement recommendations to monitor and improve overall product quality. In this role, you will support the company’s full business quality management system and production team. Fuse is an innovative, design-driven environment that delivers elegant engineering solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming and in-process material and products are in compliance with Fuse’s drawings and specifications
- Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities including data input, reporting and material disposition
- Identify potential continuous improvement opportunities through production and inspection
- Assist in the implementation process improvements
- Perform first article inspections
- Develop and maintain production inspection reports
- Ensure that production is not hindered by quality testing procedures
- Support continuous improvement the Quality Management System
- Assist in ISO 9001 audits
- Collaborate across teams to develop, implement and maintain tools to measure performance to improve quality and productivity
- Report quality issues and anomalies to appropriate managers
- Collate test and inspection data to facilitate quality reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience as an Inspector or Quality Technician
- Solid judgment to proactively identify and solve complex problems
- Hands on experience with reading engineering drawings and interpreting technical information to include GD&T tolerancing
- Experience with collecting data for generating quality reports
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in changing situations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments and with supervisors and managers

Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000
