Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is a leading platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting proprietary trading firms. We provide traders with tools and features for traders to easily compare challenge details, read verified reviews, see audited payout data, and much more, from the top prop firms. The mission is to increase transparency and efficiency in the prop trading industry by helping traders make informed decisions that align with their goals.

You will potentially play a key role in ensuring our partner firms extract maximum value from the platform and help us build lasting, revenue-aligned relationships. The position blends client onboarding, relationship enablement, strategic account growth, and insight delivery. You'll act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for our partner firms while surfacing opportunities to deepen engagement and expand commercial value.

1. Drive expansion revenue within existing partner accounts by using data insights to identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client value remains clear and measurable.

โ–ธ Analyze product usage and engagement data to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities early

โ–ธ Lead strategic expansion discussions with decision-makers using clear ROI and roadmap alignment

โ–ธ Collaborate with Sales and Product to define scope, pricing, and packaging for new deals

โ–ธ Document all expansion conversations and deal stages in the CRM for pipeline visibility

โ–ธ Track and report expansion impact, linking revenue growth to client success metrics.

2. Ensure client success and growth through regular check-ins, proactive risk management, clear documentation, and effective cross-team collaboration to share insights and support product and go-to-market strategies.
โ–ธ Design and deliver a clear onboarding plan for each client to ensure fast time-to-value

โ–ธ Run live walkthroughs, complete technical setup, and set clear success metrics with stakeholders

โ–ธ Conduct structured check-ins and QBRs to demonstrate results and identify upsell opportunities

โ–ธ Track key data points in the CRM, including all interactions, client history, and risk indicators

โ–ธ Identify risks early, align on changing client goals, and adjust engagement plans using data insights

โ–ธ Build and maintain SOPs and client-facing docs in Notion, Confluence, or similar

โ–ธ Develop lifecycle templates and reusable playbooks for consistency and scale

โ–ธ Collaborate across teams to remove blockers, drive adoption, and share client data and insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership to inform roadmap and GTM plans.

3. Build and scale strong Partner Success processes and, over time, grow and guide a high-performing team - driving smooth cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent results.

โ–ธ Own and continuously improve core Partner Success workflows, playbooks, and documentation

โ–ธ Identify process gaps early and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to close them

โ–ธ Ensure knowledge-sharing across departments to align on client goals and GTM strategy

โ–ธ Develop clear handoff and escalation paths with other teams to resolve issues efficiently

โ–ธ When team growth begins, onboard, coach, and support team members to maintain quality and accountability.

โ–ธ 5+ years in a Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management role Fintech/B2B environment

โ–ธ Proven track record of driving expansion revenue (upsells, cross-sells) and managing strategic accounts

โ–ธ Strong experience using data and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track client health, usage, and pipeline

โ–ธ Confident leading QBRs, strategic check-ins, and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders

โ–ธ Skilled in creating professional pitch decks for client engagement and internal stakeholders

โ–ธ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

โ–ธ Strong organizational skills with experience building or managing SOPs, playbooks, or client-facing documentation

โ–ธ Leadership experience managing or mentoring junior team members (or readiness to step into this as the team grows).
