Full Job Description
The role of the On-Site Manager (Elk Grove) is achieving the practice site strategy for their assigned location(s). The On-Site Manager works with the Administrator and Clinical Operations Manager to understand and leverage knowledge of dermatology services in their local market and provides support in ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service, as well as foster teamwork, operational efficiency, and PSI culture.
The On-Site Manager provides leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success. This role is a supervisor to site team members. The On-Site Manager supports and drives PSI’s mission and culture for their assigned location(s).

Main Responsibilities
- Exemplify company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices
- Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns team members to specific duties
- Work with team members to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
- Creates team focus on the execution of the site goals
- Assisting in driving year over year patient growth and managing supplies and expenses
- Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols
- Provides feedback regarding specific tactics that change financial and patient outcomes such that the rest of the organization can benefit
- Ensure office is following PSI standards with respect to facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Lead and participate in daily huddles and all other meetings as required
- Subject Matter Expert in executing PSI processes, systems and tools while actively contributing to their improvement
- Maintains an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies; addresses others professionally and respectfully
- Ensures Compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory bodies
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred
- Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields or dermatology, insurance, or business
