As a Maximo Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo. You will analyze asset management processes, configure Maximo modules, and support data integration, reporting, and compliance efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise asset management, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Your Role:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement using IBM Maximo and MAS 9.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, configure, and implement Maximo solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Maximo and MAS 9.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system specifications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maximo Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of MAS 9.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with system testing, validation, and user training.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in IBM Maximo or related fields.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., utilities, manufacturing, etc.].
- Knowledge of additional enterprise asset management (EAM) systems.
