As a Life Insurance Agent, you will educate and guide clients in choosing the right financial protection plans for themselves and their families. You'll also have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles and become a trusted advisor in your community.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on life insurance and other financial protection options
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions
• Build relationships through consultative selling and follow-up
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and compliance standards
• Attend training and mentorship sessions (virtual or in-person)
• Stay motivated and committed to personal growth and sales mastery

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a background check (no criminal history)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and training
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one – training provided)
