Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Pennsylvania
About the Role
We’re hiring experienced mental health professionals to guide individuals, couples, and families toward healthier lives. In this position, you’ll deliver customized therapy in a supportive, team-focused environment. Licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs are encouraged to apply.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Provide focused counseling services addressing a range of mental health needs
- Collaborate with care teams to refine treatment plans
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Develop individualized care strategies with meaningful outcomes
- Participate in community initiatives to strengthen local connections
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Pennsylvania license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Minimum of two years’ clinical experience
