Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in senior leadership roles
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage a high-performing team.
- A background in marketing.
- Strong decision making and stakeholder management skills with Senior Leadership teams.
- A solid knowledge of business operations, processes, and strategies with a critical eye, seeking continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement strategic resolutions.
