Benefits
You will be engaged as an independent contractor under The People Group (TPG), rather than as a direct employee. This structure means that all client contracts are managed directly through TPG, not with you individually. As a result, you’re protected in your role as a remote contractor, with TPG handling all aspects of client service and relationship management on your behalf.
We are currently conducting market research to determine appropriate pay for this role. We’ll have an open conversation with you about your experience and compensation expectations to help ensure a fair agreement is reached between you and the client.
Once onboarded as a contractor for TPG, you may also be considered for future opportunities with other clients, based on your skills, performance, and availability.
