Full Job Description

Isotopia is a global biotech company manufacturing key ingredients for pharmaceutical cancer drugs. At our US headquarters in Indianapolis, we will be next door to our key customers, delivering our products just in time, each day, every day. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. You will be part of a family, a team, dedicated to our mission cultivating a Uniquely Better experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the company. Key duties include:

  • Assist in drafting and editing documents such as manufacturing procedures, training materials, and general business documents and forms
  • Acts as a project manager / lead for special projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and organizing meetings
  • Provides administrative support to the executive team
  • Attends department meetings as requested; records, prepares and distributes minutes
  • Prepares spreadsheets, graphs, charts and presentation material to support the executive team
  • Participates in and/or coordinates functions, meetings, training sessions and special events; ensures timely implementation of scheduled events; arranges location and space; makes meal arrangements; provides invitations; assists with travel arrangements; and prepares agendas
  • Executes other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Five+ years administrative experience required
  • Excellent writing skills are required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required.
