Your Role

As an Account Executive, the selected candidate will take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals. This is not a role for order-takers; it is for strategic problem-solvers who thrive on finding and capitalizing on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and Target Opportunities: Utilize proprietary databases, web tools, and personal research to pinpoint high-value leads.

- Engage Decision-Makers: Use exceptional communication skills to connect with CFOs, controllers, and other corporate officers, demonstrating the firm’s value as a trusted partner.

- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships by consistently delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

- Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through disciplined activity, strategic thinking, and unwavering persistence.

- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with management to streamline processes, develop innovative strategies, and enhance client engagement.

What Is Required

- Hunter Mentality: A proactive self-starter with an insatiable appetite for success.

- Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of high-performance sales experience with a focus on outbound prospecting and consultative selling.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close deals.

- Resilience and Grit: Rejection is viewed as motivation to come back stronger.

- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with social selling is a plus.

- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
